Our Story
Rajashree Gandhi founded Botonym in Dubai with a simple belief — technology should solve real problems, not create new ones. Over six years, the Botonym team built mobile apps, AI tools, and e-learning systems for enterprises across the UAE, GCC, and beyond. In 2024, the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law brought a new kind of pressure to every organisation we worked with. HR managers, compliance officers, and L&D teams were asking the same question: how do we prove our people are trained? The answer wasn't another enterprise platform with a six-month implementation. It was 24 short, practical courses — deployable in 48 hours — built for the people actually handling data every day. That's Cybernym.
