1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information.
We collect the details you give us when you contact us, book a demo, sign up for the free demo or download a resource: your name, work email, company, phone number (if given) and your message. If you use the free demo, we also keep your login details and your progress and quiz results in the demo course.
1.2 Usage Information.
When you browse our website we collect information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location (country/city), your device and browser type, and how you arrived (for example, from a search or a link). We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (section 4).
1.3 Training Customers.
When an organisation enrols its employees on our training platform, that organisation decides what employee data is used, and our written agreement with it explains how we handle that data on its behalf. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, patient health information or other sensitive personal data through our website or demo.
2. How We Use Your Information
WWe use the collected information for various purposes, including:
Replying to your enquiry and arranging a demo
Giving you access to the free demo course and following up on how it went
Sending information you asked for, such as a downloadable resource
Analysing website usage and improving our website and services
Measuring our advertising and reaching people who may be interested in our training
Keeping our website and demo secure and meeting our legal obligations
We use your information because you asked us to (for example, by filling in a form), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or because the law requires it. Where consent is needed, such as for some cookies, we ask for it.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Cybernym, and only for that purpose: Framer (website hosting), Hostinger (demo and training platform hosting), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising, see section 4), and our email provider.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 help us measure website visits and which pages and buttons are used. The Meta Pixel helps us measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show our ads to people who visited our site. Framer uses cookies needed to host the website and keep it working.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not stop the website from working.
5. Your Choices
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or limit how we use it (including for marketing), withdraw consent you gave earlier, and receive a copy in a portable format.
To make a request, email info@cybernym.io. We will reply within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers may store and process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and Europe. Where data leaves the UAE, we rely on providers with recognised data protection safeguards. We keep enquiry and demo-account information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
